This is a very sturdy shoe rack. My previous one was just 2 rails on each shelf so all of the shoes would constantly fall off. This one is so much better. I felt it was a little tricky to put together but not horrible. You will definitely want a rubber mallet to get all the joints nice and flush.It’s a bit difficult to follow the assembly instructions, they’re not super clear and the pictures are not clear. Took a while to put together and make all the pieces fit but it turned out to be pretty sturdy. The material used in this shoe rack could be a better quality too. Overall it is decent for the price. I had several extra pieces left over after assembly…could be that they just sent extra or because I couldn’t follow the instructions and missed some steps.A little tricky to put together but once you get there, it’s good. Pay attention to the parts and what the directions tell you to use for each section. For the amount of shoes that it holds, the price was perfect. Keep in mind that boots and stiffer high tops will probably only fit on the top rack, unless the high top is softer like canvas. No regrets with the purchase.UPDATE: 10 months later and the plastic joints are cracking and It’s becoming unstable…. (See pics)This was extremely easy to build, seems okay for the price. I am not sure about the review saying it's hard.Hard to put together.. almost as if the measurements don’t match very well. I’ll come back to it to give it another shot.Very sturdy but somewhat . The poles kept popping out of the plastic connectors when trying to put one side together but the other side was already together. Definitely a great product thoughJust one lil issue that I’m not able to put heavy ass shoes or else they threaten to colapse.Nice and functional but difficult to assemble.
