Yes, I have a 6lbs small chihuahua and the small does not fit, will not close to zip - I also have an 8lb chihuahua - the Medium fits him (too big for my 6lb Chi), I have a two 13 lbs Chihuahua and Large JUST fits, a bit snug. BUT the extra large - the leg holes/sleeve area is a lot bigger than the large - makes the coat fit loose around their legs and chest area. So had to stay the the large and hope my dog doesn't get chunky!9lbs chihuahua mix always cold. This is a game changer with integrated harness. Fast on fast off. The jacket is not very forgiving as it is form fit, so the size has to be spot on. A little pricey but well worth itVery nice high quality jacket. My Jack Russell looks so cute in this. XXL was was huge on him so I tried a L which was too small. He’s 19 pounds the the XL fits well. A little big in the neck area but not too bad.Very frustrated buyer. We always buy Puppia products but yesterday the top part of the zipper just dropped off the coat. We just bought this coat in Dec. It was not a stress point, and no reason seen beyond faulty manufacturing. The coat itself is attractive and functional, but now it has a broken zipper that is impossible to grasp. Zippers on older coats still hold up, so this model has a flaw.Super cute. Everyone loves itZipper pull was extremely weak...bent on 2nd use. Zipper won't close.I love this coat. I ordered a large. The only problem is that it is tight around the chest. I have one toy poodle and one maltipoo. Both are 12 pounds. I then ordered the extra large but the entire coat is big, too long, too wide, arm holes are huge. I wish that the large was a bit wider around the chest. My both dogs have an 18 inch chest. I believe that the large gives a chest measurement of 18.9 inches. That is not accurate,my 21/2 year old mini labraddodle puppy loves this, in general she is not a fan of clothes but she really seems to lije this-no fuss whatever on/off. if your dog is used to paw through harnesses, thus us perfect. the integrated harness is great. runs SMALL my 23 lb dog needed XXLLove this my shihtzu looks lovely in this and if it’s a bit long in the body adjustable cord at the bottom and no need for a harness or a collar all in one greatLovely little coat, I do find it a little tricky trying to zip it closed as dog trys to walk out of it as I'm trying to zip it up.Puppia-Produkte sind das Beste, wenn es um funktionale Hundemode geht, davon bin ich mittlerweile überzeugt.Auch dieser Mantel sieht nicht nur toll aus, sondern hält den Hund trocken und warm, da er wasserabweisend sowie mit weichem Kunstfell gefüttert ist.Mir ist es im Allgemeinen lieber, den Hund nicht an einem Halsband zu führen, sollte mal Zug entstehen, weshalb ich für Puppias Mantel-Geschirr-Kombinationen besonders dankbar sind, da sie hiermit eine eindeutige Lücke in der Auswahl an funktionaler Hundemode füllen.Ob der Hund auch nach einer mehrstündigen Regenwanderung trocken bleibt, kann ich nicht sagen; nach einer Stunde ist dies allerdings nqch wie vor der Fall.Was ich an Puppia-Artikeln so sehr schätze ist, dass sie bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht und auf die Bedürfnisse des Hundes ausgelegt sind, was sie von vielen anderen Marken abhebt.So befindet sich beispielsweise ein Stoffstück dort, wo der Reißverschluss abschließt, sodass sich keine Haare verfangen können und die Zugbänder sorgen für einen perfekten Sitz im Rutenbereich, sodass auch dort weder Wasser, Schnee oder Wind eindringen können.Auf den Fotos sieht der Mantel in „Schwarz“ (bis auf den „Geschirrteil“) eher Dunkelblau aus und dies ist tatsächlich der Fall; der Mantel ist außen dunkelblau und das Geschirr ist schwarz.Hinsichtlich der angegebenen Größen ist zu sagen, dass dies eindeutig eine Marke ist, die Kleidung für kleine Hunde macht: So passt die Größe M einem Hund von ca. 3-4 kg, wobei die angegebenen Maße, welche akkurat sind, natürlich berücksichtigt werden müssen.Fazit:Dieser Mantel vereint Regen- und Wintermantel bei kalten Temperaturen und ist somit in seiner Vielseitigkeit absolut zu empfehlen.Dazu ist er noch komplett durchdacht.Wir haben mehrere Artikel bestellt, um uns einen auszusuchen, man sieht das der Mantel eine tolle Verarbeitung hat.Kaufempfehlung, Daumen hoch.Ganz süß für unsere kleine weiße Zwergschnauzerhündin, wir werden ihn wahrscheinlich eine Nummer größer bestellen.Dieser Mantel ist einfach nur genial. Hund reinstellen, Reißverschluss zumachen und Leine befestigen. Da hat sich wirklich mal jemand Gedanken gemacht. Sehr weiches und warmes Plüsch. Sehr zu empfehlen.
