Love this productHave been for decadesI'd say, so far, so good! I bought this product because I wanted to find a solution for the orange-ish hue the tips of my nails have taken on after they started growing I'm guessing it can be attributed to my 20+ years of smoking, or my type 2 diabetes (not sure about the latter). Back story: I have really always had weak, thin nails that would either peel at the tips if they grew, or I'd bite them off... and really never did anything with my natural nails except leave them to be the stubs that they were. Also, I experienced even worse growth problems after wearing artificial nails off and on in the late ''90s and early 2000's (they were really bad back then, so was the glue).Anyway, I began using Nutra-Nail 5 to 7 Day Growth formula, and for the past month or so, my nails have become strong and are growing! It was then, that I started to notice the stains...plus, the nail tint and top coat from my Kiss Repair kit made the discoloring in my nails even more noticeable.Fast-forward to now. Today the UPS man brought me my order with this in it, from Sally Beauty Supply! I love the tint this coat seems to give my nails and corrects the discoloring slightly - so now my nails have a natural-ish pink hue to them, making them look more healthy than before I applied the top coat. See the photo - my nails were really orange looking just before the white tip would start.Pro: Combining this product with a good regimen of washing my hands with warm, soapy water and lightly scrubbing my nails, then buffing them a bit after they dry to further remove discoloration and buff out fine lines has made them look pretty nice and healthy so far.Con: I don't care much for the rubbery feel the coat gives my nails (I applied just one coat), so I think I'll probably get an additional top coat to apply over this, as more of a sealer - maybe with some kind of hardening or shellac property to it (looking at Seche Vite Dry Fast, anyone use that or can recommend another?). I smoke but love to have pure white nails. I do not use polish but instead get the all white acrylic and it looks so clean and nice. Then i noticed within a few days my nails were turning a very ugly yellow from the nicotine from holding my cigarettes. I started wearing gloves when smoking at home , which looked ridiculous, and then i found this product. It is GREAT ! It does exactly what it says. Not only does it create a barrier to prevent future yellowing but as soon as you apply it .. the existing yellow is GONE !! It dries really quick and was the answer to my problem ! They have a customer forever in me now !!!!Bought this to do the SimplyNailogical "glitter burnishing technique" and it took forever to ship and get to me, I actually went to Sally's Beauty Supply to buy some before it arrived because I had everything else except this. It was MUCH CHEAPER on Sally's and came with way more. Highly recommend just going to a beauty store and purchasing. Aside from that it works excellent for doing the burnishing technique! Never used to actually stop yellowing nails....Been using this for about 6 years. I have very long nails. .after years of painting them the bed turned yellow. So, I used a very pail pink color n did the French manicure. After about 6 months of using this....I ONLY use this. As stated before....it has the very faintest almost ?lavender? hue to it, which makes the bed look pink and actually is pink....great great product!#I been doing a treatment for growing my nail and right now I'm not putting any color polish... but this polish make my nail looks so natural and not yellowing like other clear polish does... very happy with this polish and the seller sent me instruction with the polish that tell you how to get better results...polish arrived sealed and very well packed. I recommend it!
