It's hard to give this the right amount of stars since it's not perfect for my use but I'm not using it as intended. I soak cat food bowls in the sink between feedings, and needed something to hold them up out of the overflow of other dishes being dumped and washed. I don't want a full sink grate, just something for the bowls. And I have a tiny sink, so I needed something this size. An inch longer while keeping this width would be perfect, size wise, but it's ok for the bowl bottoms to hang off either end a bit.The problem is that of course the sink has a slight slope towards the center drain. This keeps sliding to partially block the drain. I wish it had non-skid feet, though I understand that would be a problem for its usual purpose of sustaining high heat and also make cleaning more difficult as grunge gets caught in the edges of any rubber or silicone feet. I have seen some silicone trivets but not of the right size or elevation.But as a rack? This is very sturdy and well-crafted. It's been in the sink quite a while now and put through the dishwasher twice and I have not spotted any rust. It's comfortable to grab and not bent or warped. If it had optional slip-on non-skid covers for the feet, it'd be just right for me.
