You have to read the description and reviews to discover exactly what’s included – not unreasonable but sometimes the descriptions are lacking the details you need.The coat I received was not cotton but the tag said the material was POLY VISCOSE, whatever that is. Still, the coat was very well made and the material did feel like cotton. It's as good or maybe better than the picture. The gold embroidery, trim, accents and buttons were excellent, especially for a costume at this price. The interior was fully lined and the two side pockets are functional (as are their buttons). Like most coats of this style from the period, it does not button down the front so it’s open to show the vest, sash or whatever you add the costume.You may want to consider adding shoulder padding as there is none in the coat. You will also need a shirt and vest to complete the costume as well as some pants, etc. I did buy the vest as well and was very pleased with it – same high quality. Both were shipped from India and arrived in about a week.
