High Visibility Safety Vest with Reflective Strips - ANSI Certified for Construction & Road Work - Ideal for Nighttime and Low Light Conditions

Very well made and high visibility. It is NOT heavily insulated. It's fairly warm, but not very warm like the description leads you to believe. It reminds me of a fairly well insulated rain coat. I'm not dissatisfied with this coat, just wish it was as heavy insulated as they lead you to believe.
